The official check in time is between 2pm & 8pm. However, we are more than happy for guests to check in earlier if the room is ready. If you would like to arrive early and park in the car park, please come in and register your car before leaving.

We kindly ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10:30am at the latest. We are unable to offer a late check out, but we will happily store any bags/suitcases if you would like to spend the day in Llandudno.

Unfortunately, we do not have a lift. The Sŵn Y Môr is a beautiful Victorian building and one of the finest features is its high ceilings. This does mean more stairs and therefore the property may not be suitable for guests with severe mobility issues. We are available to assist with any bags to the rooms, but for more information please see our ‘Accessibility‘ statement.

Our cancellation policies vary depending on how you made your reservation. Please review your booking confirmation for clarity.

If you made your reservation with an online agent (e.g. ‘BOOKING.COM/EXPEDIA), cancellations must be processed direct with the agent and can not be cancelled via the hotel.

Our rooms are sold as ‘Room Only’ or ‘Bed & Breakfast’. Please check your confirmation to see if you have included breakfast with your booking. If you have booked on a ‘Room Only’ basis, breakfast can be added during check in.

Breakfast is served between 8am & 9am every morning. We offer a range of choices, with specific menus to cater for guests that require Vegetarian or Gluten Free options.

At the moment, we do not offer any evening meals.

However, we will resume serving them from 4th April, serving on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

We do not have a bar, but we do serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in our Dining Room until 21:00.

We are happy for guests to bring their own alcohol with them, but this must not be consumed in any of the hotels public areas or at our outside tables.

I’m sorry, but due to allergies we do not allow any pets in the hotel.

Yes. We have free Wi-Fi and good coverage is available throughout the hotel and in all rooms. As with most technology, things do not always run smoothly and we therefore do not offer guaranteed availability.

A deposit may be taken at the time you make your reservation and is used to secure your room. The amount of the deposit taken will vary depending on where you have made your reservation and you should check your confirmation for certainty.

Any deposit paid is ‘Non-Refundable’ in the event of cancellation.

We believe that you should book a holiday in the UK in the same way that you would book a holiday anywhere else in the world. If you have an emergency and need to cancel your trip, travel insurance may help reduce any losses.

The car park comfortably holds 9 cars and as we only have 11 rooms in the hotel, we rarely have issues with parking. If the car park is full, guests can park along the promenade in front of the hotel. One of our parking permits will be required for this and will need to be displayed on your dashboard to prevent the issue of a parking ticket. 

It is against the law to smoke on our premises and for the comfort of all guests, we enforce this rule rigidly.

All smoking & vaping is prohibited in the property, including in our bedrooms, bathrooms &/or out of windows. We ask that everyone respects these rules. Anyone suspected of breaking these rules will be asked to leave and will be charged a non-negotiable cleaning fee. Any remaining balance will be payable for the remainder of their stay and they will be expected to leave immediately.
